Our client is a well respected provider of public services. Their client base covers prestigious public and private sector organisations where they have strong people loyalty, and are committed to providing a rewarding and demanding working environment. 

Role

They require an energetic sales person in the South of England, who has a track record in developing relationships and selling environmental FM services.

Requirements

  • A successful Business Development record in the FM services sector

  • Experience and record in developing new clients, have sound commercial awareness with an understanding of the issues influencing clients’ business.

  • Possess gravitas/presence with senior decision makers and successes selling into National clients

  • Demonstrate natural selling skills with the ability to assimilate information.

     

Personal Competencies

  • An obvious empathy with customers and clients. An ability to quickly grasp client’s needs and a talent to translate these into workable solutions and bids.

  • A self-starter, with resilience who is not afraid to challenge.

  • Energy and enthusiasm to get things done.

  • Collaborative – A team player able to work with others.

  • Results focused – demonstrates a positive approach to achieving goals.
