Macallam’s fee structure is open and easy to understand.

All appointments are backed up by our replacement guarantee.

Appointments are charged at a percentage of the successful candidates first years gross guaranteed earnings. For an accurate quotation please contact us directly.

Search fees are payable in three equal stages:

1st payment upon instruction.
2nd payment upon shortlist.
3rd payment upon the candidate accepting the job offer.
 

Any international travel expenses are only charged at cost and always agreed with you prior to expenditure.

There are no other charges whatsoever.
