David Buswell

David has held senior marketing positions in advertising agencies, research agencies and financial services companies. He is the founder of a marketing consultancy specialising in market research for financial services companies. He has worked as a Senior Consultant with Sporting Bodymind, a company working with elite athletes, executives and business teams to improve performance.

David’s background in marketing, advertising and market research, combined with his experience of founding and managing two successful businesses and his work as a counsellor, gives him a wide range of skills which make him an exceptional executive coach.

His approach to coaching is both gently challenging and highly supportive. David believes that individuals invariably block high achievement in their working life with outdated fears and outmoded beliefs. To reframe these fears and beliefs requires an appropriate level of challenge and a generous level of support, so that the client can step confidently into their “own boots”.

An enthusiastic cyclist, David also enjoys walking and classical music (he is an increasingly ham-fisted organist and choir trainer).
