Helen Gisbourne

Helen is an exceptional coach who brings a wealth of personal experience to any coaching relationship.  She is familiar in working with a diverse range of individuals including Board and Director level.  She has previously worked within the private and public sector including Manufacturing, Surveying, Hospitality and NHS.  She is an experienced career coach and believes passionately in people and their ability to constructively plan and achieve their career goals and aspirations.

Through her career she has also been involved in a range of complex organisational development projects and brings with her an understanding of business development and how individuals and teams play a key role in business success.

She has experience of outplacement services and assisting individuals through the whole process of career change.

Enthusiastic about keeping fit, she enjoys running, playing squash, travel and eating out.
