Steven Wynne – Macallam Interim, Managing Director                                         

Steven embarked on a career in the pharmaceutical sector working for the market leading distributor in Europe with a turnover of £4bn. His time was spent in Operations and Logistics where he managed the day-to-day activities of the UK’s largest distribution centre.

Steven has been involved in executive search and selection since 1998 when he joined a major search and selection consultancy and became a Business Manager with a team of four consultants. Since 2004 Steven has been helping clients going through change, transformation, re-structuring and projects or where there is a shortfall in the leadership team through the provision of Executive Interims.   He has successfully sourced many executive interims for different circumstances and his experience extends to most sectors and disciplines in both private and public sectors.

Steven has a degree in Business Management, lives in Harrogate, and is married with two children.
