Macallam’s Construction team is headed by Duncan Carter. With over ten years experience in executive search, he is experienced in the issues specific of the Construction and Building Services sectors.

Current Macallam clients include Balfour Beatty Plc, Haden, Interserve, Dalkia, Costain, Lorne Stewart, Morgan Est and many more.

We are interested to discuss recruiting projects with clients, and are always keen to hear from suitably qualified Construction, Civils, Building, Rail or Power, Architectural or Consultancy executives and Managers. The types of roles we recruit are: Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, Finance, Operations, General Management and Director level positions primarily in the £50,000 – £200,000 salary arena.
