Macallam’s Hospitality and Leisure team is headed by Gavin Percy, who has over 27 years of experience in senior operations and sales roles in hospitality and travel industries. This includes eight years as a General Manager for companies such as Forte, Choice and QMH and over 3 years as Sales Director for the UK’s largest full service hotel chain Best Western. In addition he has held positions as Operations Director and Commercial Director for travel companies.

Current clients in this sector include some of the biggest names in the industry such as Expotel; Folio Hotels; Compass Group; IHG; NYS Group; Principal Hayley; Ramada Jarvis and many more.
