Salary: £120,000 to £160,000 plus bonus and executive benefits package

A substantial brand and National provider of specialist construction products and contracting services, this organisation needs fresh leadership to develop the senior management team and drive commercial performance.
Technical knowledge, skills and experience required;
-
A dynamic leader with proven experience of leading a recognised Construction products and services business, or division of a Group

P & L management of up to £50m

Substantial knowledge of providing products and services to main contractors.

The ability to lead, direct and develop a strong team, having gravitas and charisma.

Proven ability to establish people development and succession strategies, motivate and drive team performance

Able to establish and implement Operational initiatives, Procurement, cost reduction and efficiency measures that impact the bottom line

Good commercial and financial management with budgetary control and management of profit & loss.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead business change.

Ideally degree or MBA qualified
