Job Description
We are looking for a talented modern Managing Director candidate who can develop a significant business division and transform it utilising digitalisation methods. Candidates will have substantial P&L and operational experience and more importantly the ability to implement digital engagement to change the internal culture and customer experience. Experience of outsourcing contracts and Govt would be useful.
Responsibilities include;
Implement a strategic customer centric approach, development of a change of culture internally
Lead large teams to ensure that goals and plans are achieved through effective management and motivation of all personnel.
Overall accountability for large P&L, reaching targets of revenue, profit and service delivery in line with company deliverables.
Person:
• Demonstrated success in leadership in either a retail or an outsourced services supplier or related customer centric market undergoing disruption and change
• Excellent leadership and motivational people management skills
• Possess Senior level Commercial and P&L, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation ability
• Capable of translating strategic intent into successful delivery
• Strong sense of urgency and desire to succeed
