ROLE - National FM Operations Manager

LOCATION - Midlands/Southern Region with travel

SALARY - To £60,000

• This is a field-based role, focused on providing leadership to the fabric R&M team.
• Mainly Midlands and Southern portfolio but with clients occasionally outside of this, so travel is widespread.
• HQ in Birmingham area
• £10m P&L
• Around 80 - 100 people
• Management of: H&S, customer management, building fabric service delivery to distributed estates, finance, employee management, compliance with group policies.
• Key challenges: culture, organisation, margin management, performance management, process/IT and efficiency, reporting, employee engagement.
• Must have led £10m+ of mobile FM field services, H&S qualification, possibly technically qualified but not essential.
