Job Description
UK Sales Manager – Industrial Services & Waste
Salary – to £70,000 salary + Car or monthly car allowance, bonus, private medical insurance, 25 days’ annual leave, Pension scheme plus other rewards and benefits.
Location: UK, with national travel required, Mainly Northern and Scotland sites.
Role
Responsible for managing the sales function within the hazardous waste business to achieve the yearly budget and develop business growth opportunities. Managing and leading a Sales team of 20+ people UK wide.
Responsible for negotiating large sales opportunities with industrial and commercial customers in Petrochem, manufacturing, process and Govt and coordinating sales opportunities with other parts of the Group.
Prepare sales budgets, deliver sales campaigns and results when needed and coordinate with the back-office team to make sure an outstanding service is being delivered. Preparing reliable market appraisals to support business initiatives and investments by utilising your market and client knowledge to steer strategy based on market trends.
Experience required

You will be a confident communicator to enable you to deal with people from all different parts of the business and to maintain and build new relationships with external customers using your negotiation and persuasion skills.

You will have proven, extensive sales experience, managing Industrial sales teams.

Ideally experience in the hazardous waste industry or have general waste experience and sales in a blue-chip industrial company.
