Title:                      Electrical Engineering Manager

Location:               Worcestershire         

Role:                     To £55,000 Plus benefits package

Our client is a leading renewable energy process company.

They now require an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the efficient running and maintenance of a complex Energy process facility. Through the provision of clear leadership and guidance to the Engineering technical team you will oversee all electrical equipment, testing, commisioning , maintenance and contribute to a best in class facility that encompasses continuous improvement in safety, performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

  • To maintain the electrical equipment, processes and plant to the appropriate legislation as well as Company and Contractual requirements
  • Ensure plant availability and output
  • To plan and lead all aspects of planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
  • To ensure the site complies with all statutory requirements for Health, safety and environmental issues

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in electrical engineering, ideally from the energy sector or within a large steam raising plant.
  • A proven background in delivering results through people and continuous improvement
  • A strong no compromise approach to health and safety and environmental compliance
  • Ideally budgetary responsibility, planning, team management, work scheduling
  • Qualified to degree/ HNC in Electrical Engineering
  • Full driving license
