Job Description
Macallam work with a range of large, global Engineering clients across the UK and Internationally.
We have requirements for Programme and Project Managers with strong delivery expertise to lead complex engineering programmes.
We are seeking qualified candidates from Infrastructure, Rail, EPC, Energy or Manufacturing Engineering sectors with strong project delivery skills.
Skills requirements:
- Strong technical and commercial leaders, creating and directing cross-functional teams
- Responsible for end-to-end programme lifecycles on complex engineering projects
- Establish scope of works to optimise client requirements & value for money
- Converting client remit into deliverable project specifications
- Producing project plans, budgets, managing resource requirements and risks
- Build, lead and manage successful teams to deliver on time and to budget
- Leading the risk management process, including devising mitigation plans and reviews
- Managing stakeholder expectations and scope changes throughout the project
- Adhering to corporate governance, compliance with strict HQSE requirements and regulations
