Macallam have delivered a great new resource project in the Electrical HV Transmission energy sector.. the customer is a major organisation with multi hundred million pound annual revenues and a substantial team of design engineers working across DNO and private renewable connections.

They had been frustrated by previous candidate declines and being used as leverage. The electrical engineering and energy sector is experiencing rapid change and growth, driven by the need to connect renewable energy schemes such as wind, solar, energy from waste, bioenergy. Hence in a tough engineering market for attracting talent it left them short of options even at Director level.
