Iain Shields

Iain joined Macallam in early 2010 to embark on an exciting career in Executive recruitment. Iain grew up in Luton and graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2008 with a BA (Hons) in History and Politics, before graduating from the same institution in 2009 with a Master of Arts in History.

Iain’s role is co-ordinating and researching projects, candidate approach and liaison and has worked on a variety of services, local government, housing and repair/maintenance assignments to date.

Disillusioned with Luton Town football Club, Iain settled in Yorkshire to curtail his misery to away fixtures. Outside of work Iain enjoys playing and watching all sports, socialising and family.
