Working with the Managing Director, we were appointed to source a Head of Services and Maintenance. The ideal candidate had to demonstrate a proven ability to take over a small team and to increase the revenues of the service and maintenance division, drive change and manage costs within the organisation whilst responding to the ever changing legislative requirements in this regulated environment.

Our previous exposure and reputation in the Mechanical Project and Maintenance market meant quick and easy access to a strong pool of talent across a variety of disciplines. With a full and detailed understanding of the brief and candidate requirement and insight from previous projects we were able to appoint within shorter time scale than anticipated.
