Job Title Interim Senior Project Manager – Parking Management
Duration 6 Months
Rate c. £300 pd
Senior Project Manager required to oversee the development and implementation of a number of work streams to deliver a Parking Management Programme. The successful candidate will have a background in both business and Parking Management (desirably) and will have an extensive understanding of effective multi-project delivery working across organisational boundaries.
Successfully lead a number of parking related projects (including delivery of new contracts, policy changes and development of business cases for new service developments) to completion.
Develop & deliver individual project plans complete with budgetary information and resource needs
Develop effective and successful relationships internal and external to the organisation, promoting best practice and the delivery of shared project objectives.
Provide project leadership advice and support to operational teams during project closure and transition to business as usual.
Troubleshoot problems that come up during projects
Communicate with all parties with regards all aspects of project delivery (internal and external to the organisation)
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience (senior management)
10 years’ experience in delivering Projects
6+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
Understanding of Parking legislation (impact on delivery)
Ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget
Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills
