Job Description

Head of Engineering Facilities,  Life Sciences Engineering

Location - Home Counties

Salary - To £90,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Head of Engineering with Project Management, teams leadership to deliver operational services into a heavily laboratory based environment. Strong design and delivery expertise within the Pharmaceutical/ life sciences or laboratory sector in building services.

Skills requirements:

• Strong skills in engineering building services operations in a relevant environment
• Responsible for Project delivery on complex Pharma engineering/ M&E projects
• Establish scope of works to optimise client requirement & value for money
• Converting client remits into deliverable project specifications
• Producing project plans, budgets, managing resource requirements and risks
• Manage Supply Chain teams to deliver on time and to budget
• Managing customer and stakeholder expectations and winning projects/ contracts
• Leading culture change of teams to improve innovation and delivery, gaining idea from the team and implementing
• Used to compliance with strict HSQE requirements and industry regulations
